Our preventative maintenance contracts can provide you with fixed costs and allow you to budget more effectively. Problems are identified early and you’ll have fewer break downs and can decrease emergency repairs. With regular PM your equipment operates more efficiently and will save you energy costs.

Monthly Retainer Services
WALK-THROUGHS AND MINOR REPAIRS (4 xweek)
• Doors, closers, knobs and hinges
• Check for leaks on fixtures/perform minor repairs
• Secure and replace broken windows
• Patrol outside property for code violations
• Smoke detectors, fire extinguishers, pull stations
• Exit lights
• Re-lamp public areas as needed
• Notify chapter house of efficiency problems & solutions
PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE PROGRAMS
• Fire code inspections: compliance inspections
with code officials
• Inspect for hazards and violations:
coordinate required repairs
• Check-in/check-out inspections/key returns
• Room preparation for incoming students
(unwanted item removal and cleaning)
