Objective

The objective of FratFix Inc. is to serve the building maintenance and upkeep needs of the Fraternity community.  We provide excellence in facilities and construction project management.  We have extensive experience with the rules and regulations of the Centre Region code office and the State College Borough Council. We look forward to the opportunity to extend our services beyond the Penn State community.

Functional Summary

With over 27 years experience in building maintenance and project management with intimate knowledge of the workings a borough “Point System” for handling code violations, FratFix Inc. will show ownership of your facilities by handling the day-to-day, week-to-week, month-to-month issues that come up from everyday living.  FratFix Inc. will take care of the little problems before they become out of control issues.

FratFix Inc. will work with the Chapter house management to custom design a Preventive Maintenance Program that fits into your needs and into your budget. The resulting program will not only save time on the hassles of trying to schedule work with several unconnected service providers, but will also save money in the long run by avoiding the costs and penalties associated with deferred or ignored maintenance.

In today’s energy conscious world, having knowledgeable technicians managing your utilities and equipment makes the most financial and environmental sense.  With the rising costs of fuel becoming so much of a concern to everyone, FratFix Inc. has the experience to analyze the equipment and utilities serving your chapter house and advise on the best course of action to ensure the highest operational efficiency and best return on your investment.
